Hi All,
Have you seen young adults look totally drained and sapped out
of energy as they manage multiple roles of studying, working and intense

levels as they navigate through the somewhat turbulent adolescence years.
About us The Art of Living Foundation is an international not for profit
organisation with a presence in 144 countries.
Across the globe, we offer a dynamic workshop called the YES! which is for
teens aged 14-17. In this 18 hour workshop , teens learn vital tools for
releasing stress through unique relaxation and breathing exercises. They are
provided with practical tools to release manage negative emotions, develop
social and leadership skills , nurture essential values of non-violence and
cooperation and basics of conflict resolution.
About the Program YES! is both fun and challenging. It brings together
you from all ethnic, racial and relegious backgrounds, broadening their vision of
the world. In a practical non-preachy way it builds resilience and empowers them
to reach to their highest potential.
The program has 4 main aspects, Physical strength through dynamic yoga
