I am after a need definition of ‘in care’.
Meaning Children and Young People
who are in state care (Residential units).
I have looked at the children and young person’s
act, but I am interested if people can share other definitions of how ‘IN
CARE’ is defined within their organizations.
I am working on a research project and
require some definitions for my literature review.
