Dear All,
I am writing in regards to an e-mail that I had sent in regards to a change of
contact numbers for high impact youth programs. Because of my stupid actions and
failing to keep the privacy of other at for front of my mind I had accidently
sent peoples e-mail addresses to other organisations and services.
What I also found out that the some of the nicknames are disclosed on that
e-mail which I can personal testify I was unaware of. If a nick name I have given
you is of offended you I apologise, this was not personal and by no means
intended to hurt any body.
If you are disgusted/ angry/ upset/ or disappointed by my stupid mistake then I
understand if you wish me as a contact.
I apologise for my foolish actions and hope this apology can be accepted. In
future I will be more careful when sending out e-mails.
Sorry for any discomfort I have caused anyone I hope we can put this behind us
and maintain any professional relationship established/ or to be established.
