Temporary Ban on under-age events held at licensed premises in the CBD.
As you may have heard, underage events held at licensed premises in
Melbourne CBD have been temporarily suspended due to increasing security
concerns at these events.
A review of underage events in Melbourne CBD is currently being undertaken
by Victoria Police and Liquor Licensing Victoria to ensure that they are
safe and enjoyable for all. The Office for Youth and the Youth Affairs
Council of Victoria are committed to making sure that young people's views
are represented in this Review.

Please note that: This temporary ban will only impact under-age events
held at licensed premises (i.e. premises that sell alcohol) in the
Melbourne CBD. Under-age events that are held at unlicensed premises or
any premises outside the CBD will not be affected by the temporary ban.
