2005 YOUNG CANBERRA CITIZEN OF THE YEAR
NOMINATIONS CLOSE TOMORROW
Have YOU, or do you know a young person who has made a significant achievement or contribution to the ACT community?
If “YES”, recognise this achievement by registering a nomination for the Young Canberra Citizen of the Year Award.
This is an ACT Government initiative sponsored by Community CPS Credit Union, and the Minister’s Youth Council. The winner of the award will be announced during National Youth Week in April 2005.
There are three categories, an Encouragement Award for young people 12-16, and a Group Award for 12-25 year olds, as well as the Young Canberra Citizen of the Year Award for 12-25 year olds. Young people can be nominated for an outstanding achievement or contribution in any field. It can be for a single event or group project.
Nominees for the Young Canberra Citizen of the Year must be aged between 12 and 25 years as of 18 March 2005 and reside in the ACT to be eligible.
