Indent – The hub for all-ages
entertainment in New South
Wales has just launched a new-look,
interactive website. The website will act as a
resource for young people staging events across the state with direct access to
grant information, band profiles, tips on how to put on safe and successful gigs
and a comprehensive all-ages event guide.
FEATURES:
All-Ages Event Guide – The first of its kind,
the much anticipated guide will list all-ages event happening in
New South
Wales with a particular focus on
concerts, festivals and workshops.
Artist and Event Of The
Month –
This section will profile emerging talent and bands or groups that perform at
all-age events across New South
Wales. Selected all-age events will also
be featured with interviews and photos.
Interactive Discussion
Board –
The all-new interactive discussion board will encourage young people to discuss
issues and network with other Indent committee members.
Online Grant Applications
– All
Indent grant applications will be available for
instantaneous download at the click of a button.
Resources – A section providing sample
documents and case studies on a diverse range of topics including: Risk
Management, APRA registration, performance contracts, press releases and
industry contacts.
The acclaimed design team at Mathematics have been working overtime
to fine-tune the all-new interface in time for National Youth Week (April 9-17).
Mathematics have an impressive list of clients
including Eric Clapton, The Vines and
Missy Higgins.

INDENT
BACKGROUND
Indent is a youth entertainment
initiative developed by Music NSW
and funded through the NSW Ministry for
the Arts and the Office for
Children and Young People.
Indent provides funding for drug and
alcohol free all-ages events run by young people aged between 14 and 24
years.
Indent has supported close to 500
safe, drug and alcohol free events throughout NSW since it was launched in
October 2000.It has also conducted 61 workshops across NSW in event management, publicity and promotion with presentations by industry
professionals such as Robbie Buck
(Triple J), Lindsay McDougall (Frenzal Rhomb) and Gregg Donovan (Grinspoon
Manager).
