Subject:[youthgas] media case studies - students young people (under 18) with their own business
Date:Tuesday, October 11, 2005  08:12:53 (+1000)
From:Peter Strong <peter @.......biz>

Hi

We are about to launch a report titled “Business Operators Still at School” and various media outlets are interested in case studies of students with their own business.

If you have a young person still at school who has a part time business or a young person (under 18) who left school early to run a business of their own – no matter how small or amateurish – we would like to hear from them.

Students in YAA or practice firms are not the target group at the moment, we are only interested in kids who have started their very own business.

This can include repairs of bikes; breeding, training and selling working farm dogs; running kiosks or stalls at markets; babysitting for a large number of people; mowing lawns; doing web sites; small manufacturing activities (earrings, jewellery etc); manufacturing surfboards etc; retail/wholesale.

Please contact me by return email or at Smiths Alternative Bookshop on 02 6247 4459 or on my mobile – 0414 961 073.

Regards
